Sart Roloise Tomato

Description: The beauty and flavor of this tomato cannot be understated! A new favorite for us. Sweet, complex flavor. Yellow flesh with dark indigo shoulders. Beefsteak type tomato averaging 10 to 20 ounces. Bred by Roland Boulanger, Sart Eustache, Belgium from White Wonder and Baby Blue tomatoes. Notes of pineapple and other tropical flavors balanced by the right acidity made this tomato a new favorite on our farm.
