Maybe they didn't jive with the soil??
What a wonderful way to start a garden. It gives you all the basics to grow grow grow!
What a great bundle! Everything g that a person needs when beginning a garden
The sage is starting to germinate, I am looking forward to this year's planting. About six more weeks until I set them out. Looking good.
I make soup from scratch quite often, and these parsnips made a wonderful addition to my soups last summer and fall. Easy to grow. I'm planting even more of them this spring.
I planted these seeds last spring, and I was rewarded with a bumper crop of delicious carrots. We had too many to eat right away, but in the fall I put them in a perforated plastic bag in the refrigerator, where they stored quite well for 2 months. I'm planting another round of these carrots this spring.
Got some going indoors and doing great. 1 slow starter
I have to give this a five ! I can’t believe this tomato isn’t known to many! It didn’t make good sauce by itself. I was so crazy about it, I grew a 20x 50 greenhouse full of them thinking I was going to make the best sauce. I lost the seed somehow, and am so excited to have found it again!!!! A bit of advice for anyone who wants to grow tomatoes, and that is your soil and the amount of water will affect your tomatoes taste. Plus calcium is king for all of your plants. Feeding through the foliage weekly is beneficial. I use a small amount of calcium nitrate in the mix along with other nutrients, like kelp concentrate. Two tablespoons of calcium nitrate in five gallons. A soil test is not a bad idea as well. Rabbit manure is very good too.
Great customer service-response, turnaround time to get my seeds and personal touch. Looking forward to some beautiful flowers next summer!
bought a (second) grateful harvest seed Co. hat for my husband, he likes it, a good comfortable hat
They grow and taste good. Unfortunately I planted them too close to my other peas, so I have an entanglement. Either way I love the peas.
This is one of my favorite varieties because it is reliable and does not bolt as soon as the July-August heat waves arrive.
First time ordering and was absolutely delighted to receive all seeds quickly and even some bonus packets. All seeds have germinated here in Wisconsin on my new 6 acre property that I am creating multiple perennial / herb beds as well as a food forest. Excellent work Mr PermieBear and staff. Hope to visit in person at the next Beartaria Festival, and pick up more seeds!
