Exceed® Garden Combination Inoculant

Peas and Beans are among the crops that add nitrogen to your soil through an association with nitrogen-fixing bacteria. Inoculate the roots to make sure they are present in your soil! While peas and beans will still give you a crop without it, inoculated seeds have been shown to germinate faster, have better root formation and root development, which results in higher yields from healthier plants.

Contains a variety of bacteria appropriate for a variety of common home-garden legumes including peas, sweet peas, beans, vetch, cow peas, and lima beans, and lentils.

Contains Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar viciae, Bradyrhizobium sp. (Vigna), and Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar phaseoli bacteria.

Store inoculant in a dry, dark place between 40 and 77 degrees F.

Slurry mixing method (recommended): dampen seed with non-chlorinated water at a rate of 1 teaspoon of water per 1 lb of seed. Add 1.5 teaspoons inoculant per 1 lb seed, and mix until uniformly coated. Allow 1-3 minutes for mixture to dry and then plant ASAP.

Note: Must be used in one season
