Corno Di Toro Sweet Pepper
Description: The name allegedly translates to "horn of the bull", this Italian sweet pepper definitely leads to happy taste buds! This variety starts green and ripens to red, when it is at its sweetest. Generally between 6" and 8" in length, great fresh or cooked.
Days to Maturity: 75 to 100 days
Approximate seeds per pack: 25
Grew these for the first time last season and they are very low maintenance and produce a lot of large beautiful peppers. Get sweeter the longer you let them hang but they are great green too, sautéed in a pan with olive oil salt and fresh garlic. I will grow these every year without a doubt
