Red Russian Kale
Description: One of our favorite varieties of kale. It’s fairly juicy for kale and has a great, mild flavor that is best when it has been kissed by frost. Beautiful, purple stems and the thick, oak-like pointed leaves are good raw or cooked. One of our kids’ favorite things to pick and eat in the garden.
