Description: Great flavor and disease resistance. This is the cucumber we grew in our first garden. There of course have been many others since then, but Marketmore 76 is a staple nearly every year. Fruits average around 8”-9” with thick skins that hold up well.

History: The original Marketmore cucumber was developed at Cornell University in 1968 by Dr. Henry Munger. In 1976 (thus the “76” in the name) he released this fine strain as it was particularly vigorous.
