Georgia Southern Collards
Description: A true staple in the south, Georgia Southern collards grow big rich green juicy leaves that are great for salads during early growth, and steaming or pan-frying at maturity. Excellent variety for canning. Fall frosts give the leaves a sweet taste. Very versatile as it will grow in hot or cold climates with ease. Can overwinter in regions that don’t get below 20 degrees in the winter.
