Early Wonder Tall Top Beet - Organic

Description: This beet variety is a quick grower and is perfect for early season greens and baby beets in as early as 35 days as it thrives in cooler soil.  Grows out to delicious 3-4” full size beets in 60 days.  The sweet tasting deep red beetroots are great for multiple culinary purposes such as raw in salads mixed with their vibrant greens, pickled, or simply cooked and sliced.  An all around solid beet choice!
