Slow Bolt Arugula - Organic

Description: This slow bolting arugula is a very quick grower that is more tolerant to heat than other varieties.  Can be grown for micro-greens or for it’s big leafy greens much like a headless lettuce.  The taste is bright, peppery and mustardy, similar to a radish.  Good candidate for container growing and hydroponics.

Prefers full sun in cooler climates and partial shade in hot summers
