Aichi Chinese Cabbage
Description: Very old traditional, dento yasai, Chinese cabbage variety is from the Aichi Prefecture of Japan. Produces barrel shaped heads with light green leaves and succulent white ribs. The leaves are tender and have a mild, sweet cabbage flavor. Pairs well with other vegetables in cooked dishes, pickled, or eaten fresh. Prefers cooler temperatures for main growing season.
