Borettana Cipollini Yellow Onion

Description:  Long day. If there is a more perfect onion for braising and boiling, we haven’t found it. This Italian heirloom features flattened spheres around 3” to 4” with bright, golden skin. Imagine visiting your grandma in the small, Italian village she grew up in, these are the beautiful onions hanging braided together, next to braids of garlic and sprigs of rosemary, just waiting for the next meal. Great storage life, they store till late winter.
