Wild Bergamot
Description: Second year blooms. A Missouri native, beautiful and fragrant! Biennial herb/flower that produces vivid lavender blooms with a spicy scent. Edible and medicinal. With a minty and slightly spicy flavor Wild Bergamot flowers can be added to mild meat dishes or used as a garnish in drinks and deserts. Used in Earl Grey, this is one of our favorite native tea plants! Attracts multiple pollinators.
