Description: A stunning Sicilian heirloom! This beautiful and delicious cauliflower has a sweet, nutty flavor. The 6” to 8” heads of vibrant violet turn green when cooked. An outstanding variety to plant in late summer for a fall harvest. It will even overwinter in mild climates. Sends out plenty of side shoots when the main head has been cut.
