Description: The name says it all!  This cauliflower can be grown in the north and the south due to its heavy wrapper leaf production, which protects the curd from sun, heat and cold.  Can be harvested at the baby head stage or when fully mature with a 10” head.  Tolerates heavy clay soil also, amazing!
