Red Malabar Spinach

Description: A stunning heat-loving vine that thrives when traditional spinach bolts, red Malabar spinach produces thick, succulent leaves with vibrant magenta stems and veining. This vigorous climbing plant can reach 6, making it ideal for vertical gardening on trellises, fences, or arbors.

The glossy, heart-shaped leaves offer a mild, Swiss Chard flavor. Unlike true spinach, Malabar spinach flourishes in hot, humid conditions and continues producing throughout summer and into fall.
